On February 7, 2022, Workshop held a session hosted by the Ford Foundation, Omidyar Network and Open Society Foundations on how organizations can make the best use of the State of the Union (SOTU). The webinar featured two of Workshop’s Advisory Board members: Cecilia Muñoz, former Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council and Ashley Allison, former Deputy Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement. This event offered practical advice on how the White House develops SOTU as well as how to build a strategy around SOTU.
