“Dollars & Sense: Navigating the Federal Budget to Advance Policy Goals” Webinar

Co-hosted by Workshop, Community Change, People’s Action Institute, and Roosevelt Institute, this webinar was a deep dive into the art of the federal budget process with tips on how advocates can engage in a strategic way to deliver concrete local, state, and federal wins. Participants learned how to use the budget process to advance policy goals, even when their proposal does not make it into the final budget as many good ideas get picked up from the cutting room floor.

This webinar featured presenters Michael Linden, Pronita Gupta, Jaya Chatterjee, and Megan Essaheb. You may find the recording here and PPT deck here.
